Leonid Kharlamov was born in 1981 in Leningrad and emigrated to Germany in 1995. He received his education in Kiel and Hamburg. He describes his art as "emotional conceptualism", primarily engaging in painting, installations, and video art.
Leonid Kharlamovhas participated in numerous international projects, festivals, and biennials. Currently, he lives and works in Hamburg.
